Little is 8 Months Old today!
She has grown so much in this last month. She started the month off with scooting and learned to crawl a few days ago. She says “Mama” and all sorts of strange noises. She claps constantly. She started sleeping through the night (sometimes) in her own bed. When I ask her “How big is Little?” she puts her hands in the air and mimics my tone as I say “Soooo Big!”
I’m so proud of my little girl. As I re-told her birth story to some friends yesterday I couldn’t believe it was 8 months ago already.

Isn’t she gorgeous? I knit the hen and crocheted the chicks. Someday she will hate handmade toys so I have to take advantage of her love for them now.

We helped my best friend move today. I should say Husby helped moved and I watched Little and another pretty girl. She’s only 18 months but insisted on holding Little. Check out the eyes on both of them:

I got some new stuff in my Etsy Shop.
I was hoping this dress would fit Little but it came out tiny. I still love it. Yoke is hand-knit with 100% cotton.
And sticking with my hat theme - Sun hats. I made the watermelon one when I was pregnant. I improved the design a little bit and added lining for the shop. I also bought way too much fabric to use on these.

One of my hats was featured in the Etsy Gift Guide for Babies! 4th row, 3rd item is my Ski Cap. That’s a personal favorite but I’ve only sold one. Little wore the turquoise one in the picture all winter.
